DEAR VALUED GLENN TOYOTA GUESTS,
TOYOTA MOTOR SALES ANNOUNCED THAT THEY HAVE A PERMANENT FIX FOR THE STICKY ACCELERATOR RECALL. TOYOTA SAID THAT DEALERS SHOULD START RECEIVING PARTS FOR THIS RECALL BY THE END OF THE WEEK. THEY ALSO MENTIONED AFFECTED VEHICLES SHOULD BEGIN RECEIVING NOTIFICATION LETTERS THIS WEEK.
AT GLENN TOYOTA, WE ARE PLANNING TO EXTEND OUR HOURS OF OPERATION TO ACCOMMODATE OUR LOYAL CUSTOMER BASE. THIS DECISION WILL ULTIMATELY DEPEND ON PARTS AVAILABILITY. WE WILL FOCUS ON TAKING CARE OF THE VEHICLES YOU ARE DRIVING BEFORE WE START REPAIRING THE AFFECTED VEHICLES FOR SALE.
TOYOTA HAS A LONG HISTORY FOR THEIR QUALITY, DEPENDABILITY, AND RELIABILITY. MOST OF YOU DRIVING TOYOTAS HAVE NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH YOUR VEHICLE (ESPECIALLY RELATING TO THIS RECENT RECALL). WE ARE EXTREMELY CONFIDENT THAT TOYOTA HAS PUT YOU, OUR CUSTOMER, AS THEIR FIRST PRIORITY.
