My experience started with Glenn Toyota when I first moved here from Hawaii. Kelly was instramental in helping me get a FULL refund from Toyota for work that had been done to my 2001 Prius in Hawaii that should have been under warranty. It was at that time that I met Willie and was impressed by his easy going and genuine style. So it was, that this spring, when my husband had browbeat me into giving up my beloved Prius (with greater than 120,000 mls), we contacted Willie and he got us a great deal on the trade in and found me just the color I wanted for my new Prius V. Through the entire process Willie and everyone associated with the sale never made us feel rushed. It was a truely pleasant experience from start to finish; and I love my new car.

Over the years I have bought my fair share of vehicles however, this time was different. My SUV had been totaled and I needed to find a relacement. My mother had just passed away and I was really in no mood to shop for a car. Nonetheless, I had to do it. I live in Lexington and had been to several dealerships and none could hold a candle to my experience with Willie Willard. I told Willie the cash amount I had to work with and that I wanted better gas mileage than the SUV was getting. I also needed a car that had superior seating due back problems. I relayed all of this to Willie over the phone and he assured me he would find the right car for me. True to his word. he did. Willie's reputation for knowing what he is doing and doing so in a caring way preceded him. So,I chose to leave it in his hands. I needed someone looking out for me because my thoughts were elsewhere and Willie took care of me. I know my sale was not a big one for Willie however, he cared about my situation and I know this is how he represents Glenn Toyota in every sale, no matter the cost of the car. I never once felt pressured. What I did feel was relief. Relief that I did not have to worry about anything. That is very hard to find in any industry these days and I am thankful for his care. I give a 5 to every category because 5 star service is what I received. I think all the associates at Glenn work together as a team and that is very impressive. I would tell anyone that asks me where to get a car or truck to go straight to Willie and Glenn Toyota. You want the best and that is what I can say, with confidence, you will get!
